Return/Exchange Policy:
This policy is a 30-day guarantee.  Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Before a return or exchange may take place, a Return Goods Authorization number must be assigned for to accept return of the merchandise.  Otherwise, the product will be returned to you at your expense.  E-mail us, call us or use the Contact Us form to communicate the need for a Return Goods Authorization number.

Reasons for return rejection:

1.  Product has been used or washed or merchandise damage is not a result of manufacturing defects.

2.  Merchandise returned without proper authorization.  Shipping fees are non-refundable and are built into the price of each item.

3.  Occasionally circumstances for return of merchandise may need to be evaluated before a refund is approved. 

Note that occasionally there may be slight variation in colors of products represented on the website, and so we cannot always guarantee 100% consistency in colors.  Remember, each item is hand-crafted and, therefore, every customer owns a special one-of-a kind. 

Unauthorized Use:
All images and knitting patterns on the River Isle website (www.river-isle.com) are the exclusive property of River Isle and protected by copyright laws.  The images and content may not be used without the express written consent of River Isle and requires written authorization to use images on the Internet, and /or sell River Isle products and patterns on the Internet.  Appropriate request must be made to River Isle and authorization for use  and is dependent upon written approval.

Order usually is shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping is included in the price of your product.
